Payments and Refunds

Clients authorise the Consultant to charge the selected payment method for the Services.
Refunds, if applicable, will be handled at the discretion of Ifeoluwa Consult and communicated on a case-by-case basis.
User Conduct
By using our Services, you agree not to:

In the event of any liability, the Total liability of the Consultant for any tort, action, claim, or negligence shall not exceed 10% of the fees paid.
You agree that no claim for liability for the services provided under these Terms of Use shall be brought after three (3) months of the occurrence of the action, error, or omission that gave rise to the claim.
